When do I start?
Right away. Your first session is a 1:1 with me, and you book it from your welcome page the minute you enroll. After that you join a founding group of up to five, and we schedule your four weekly group sessions together. This round runs on a holiday schedule: 1:1s happen Nov 10 to 14 and your group starts the week of Nov 16, so your first three agents are running by Nov 25, before Black Friday.
Do I need to be techy?
No. If you can use email and share your screen on Zoom, you can do this. I make the technical calls with you, and you see every step before you take it.
What do I need before we start?
A paid Claude plan (I'll help you pick the right one on your 1:1) and the logins for tools you already use, like Google or your CRM. That's it.
Will you have access to my accounts?
No. You build on your own account while we share screens. You keep every login, and every agent belongs to you.
How much time does it take?
About 90 minutes for each group session, plus an hour or two a week building. Office hours are optional.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded, and office hours are there to catch you up. We set your group's weekly time together so everyone can make it live.
